Need some ideas for Atkins Take out>?
Trying to decide what to get for dinner, any ideas? Must be Atkins friendly

Doesn't TGIFridays have an Atkins menu? If you have one near you, you can do take out. Or, what about Chinese? You can make that low carb, just don't get rice. Or, hmm, how about Outback, they have take out. You can get steaks and what not. I don't really know much about Atkins, so I guess I'm not the best person to answer the question. Sorry.

Hmm, what do you have near you? A lot of those chains have Atkins friendly menus now.

Do you eat veggies? Because if so, you can get steamed chicken and veggies from Chinese or a salad from the pizza place. Or, hmmmm, how about running out to the store and making lettuce tacos. I used to eat low carb and we would make tacos, but use big pieces of lettuce as the shells.

I was on atkins for months before i got preggo, its so hard eating out you have to watch everything even steak, beacuse they marinade in things that may contain sugar

I was going to get Zorns but I dont know if I want it - Maybe Ill go get a salad with grilled chicken on top from the Pizza Place
